Proprietary Information: Any reports, methodologies, or documentation provided by Aletheia remain the intellectual property of Aletheia and cannot be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Fees and Payment

Pricing: Fees for services will be outlined in a proposal or agreement and are subject to change based on project scope adjustments.

Payment Terms: Payment is due as per the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations: If a client cancels services after initiation, Aletheia reserves the right to charge for work completed up to that point.

Aletheia will provide all deliverables completed up to the termination date.

All reports, methodologies, and deliverables created by Aletheia remain its intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for the purpose they were intended.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in a court located in Ontario, Canada.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Ontario.
